Terms of Use
Last Updated: September 28, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of this website, which is operated by Medicare Pros ("we," "us"). By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The Service
Medicare Pros is a marketing and connection service. We are not the company that performs the work or underwrites a policy you may later buy. Submitting a form is a request to be contacted. It is not a purchase, and it does not guarantee that a professional will offer you service or coverage.
Consent to Contact
If you submit a form, you agree to be contacted at the phone number and email address you provide, as described in the consent language shown next to that form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can revoke consent by contacting Medicare Pros at medicareproscontact@medicarepros.co.
Acceptable Use
You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or use it for an unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer
The site is provided as is. Medicare Pros does not promise a particular price, appointment, or result.
Mandatory Arbitration
You and Medicare Pros agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, or the messages and calls you consented to receive will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.
The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator may award the same relief a court could award to an individual claimant. The arbitrator's decision is final, except for the limited review courts provide under the Federal Arbitration Act.
You and Medicare Pros waive any right to a jury trial and waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action. If a court finds the class-action waiver unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim will proceed in court, and the remaining claims will stay in arbitration.
This arbitration agreement survives the end of your use of the site. You may reject this arbitration agreement by mailing a written notice to Medicare Pros at 66 Mineola Avenue, #1355, Roslyn Heights, NY 11577 within 30 days of the first time you submit a form on this site. The notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you reject arbitration.
